One of the challenges with condominium units is the small space. If you have a Makati condo then most probably your unit measures less than fifty square meters, which is just an average size for a condo in Philippines. Having a small space is not a reason to have a cluttered and ill-looking unit. It is entirely possible to have a sleek, stylish, and well-designed condo unit despite the limited space. It starts with some self knowledge, a critical evaluation of how you live or aspire to live, your new floor plans, and an understanding of the importance of flow in small spaces. Below are some design ideas you can use for your condo units or even small rooms.    De-clutter. Before going out to look at a condo for sale Philippines, you need to rethink the volume of your furniture, storage, and room sizes. The key is de-cluttering and downsizing by throwing away all the things that you don’t really need or use. Get rid of things that will not be suitable in your condo. Oversized and bulky furniture have to be disposed of. When shopping for new furniture, keep the size of your condo in mind. Go for furniture that can have more than one purpose. Keep a priority list of the things you’d like in your condo unit.   Curtains. There’s no reason why you can’t use curtains in your condo unit. In fact, curtains add a touch of drama and create a more comfortable feel. Use tricks with curtains to create an illusion of bigger space like hanging them even when there are no windows or hanging them floor to ceiling to create height.   Glass. Tables with glass tops give the impression of openness.   Light. The right use of light can create the feeling of space. You can add light up, down, and all around.   Curves. Add some curves to an otherwise box-like condo unit. Use round tables, chairs with a curve, and rugs that are either in shapes or adorned with shapes like spirals and dots.   Floating shelves. These kinds of shelf are easy to install even on your own. They add lots of storage and yet look sleek and contemporary.   Pop-outs and Pull-outs. Study your space and consider using furniture that can be popped out or pulled out. These furniture like pull-out beds can be hidden from sight when not in use.Visit the website http://www.atayala.com.

Condominium Furniture

Condo Living

condo01-13I’m checking the website logs, and I saw online Philippine furniture hunters were searching for “condo furniture” and “condominium furniture.” And the great news (well, at least for us) is, some of them landed in here, the House of Leoque. And lucky all, we do have some furniture designed and custom-made for condominiums.
