It starts with some self knowledge, a critical evaluation of how you live or aspire to live, your new floor plans, and an understanding of the importance of flow in small spaces. Below are some design ideas you can use for your condo units or even small rooms.    De-clutter. The key is de-cluttering and downsizing by throwing away all the things that you don’t really need or use. Get rid of things that will not be suitable in your condo. These kinds of shelf are easy to install even on your own. They add lots of storage and yet look sleek and contemporary.   Pop-outs and Pull-outs. Study your space and consider using furniture that can be popped out or pulled out.
